Surgery went well. The drugs were wonderful—not to sound like a crackhead or anything, but geez. I was so relaxed. Didn’t feel a thing, except for the quick spark of pain from inserting the IV!

After the surgery, however, was a completely different story. The first hour was brutal. I could feel the effects of the drugs wearing off and the pain started to kick in. Thank goodness I live about 10 mins away from the place I got the surgery. When I got home is when it hurt the most, and so I had to pop the painkillers (3 pills of Advil and a Vicodin). 

Now, I’m actually feeling okay. Depressed from the massive swelling on my right side. Left side is doing pretty good. I seriously look like the Chipmunk effect from the Mac photobooth. Hope the swelling decreases as the days go by… FROZEN PEAS, do your job! :(
